Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For most orders, no. Because some items ship internationally, occasional import duties or fees can apply on delivery. Where that is a possibility, we will let you know at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow it to your door. If your tracking has not updated yet, please allow a little time — international parcels can take a day or two to register movement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@sophiemarietoronto.com. If your order has not been processed for shipping yet, we can usually update or cancel it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details.
I do not recognise a charge on my statement.
Charges appear under our store name (Sophie & Marie) or our company name, Skiepa. If you are still unsure or think there is an error, please email us first at info@sophiemarietoronto.com — we resolve genuine billing issues quickly, usually faster than a bank dispute.
